Those of us who have begun on some type of hair growth journey are aware of how time consuming and frustrating it can be. The idea is to never give up, but to remain consistent with a regimen while also considering alternative measures that can be observed if we find results are not manifesting as we'd hoped. Ask yourself, am I consuming enough water daily? Do I need to make lifestyle modifications with what I may be consuming internally that may be creating a hair growth/nutrient challenge? If there are chronic health care conditions that should be taken into consideration, please seek the advice of a medical provider first in order to be assessed for needed lab work, medications, and or deficiencies. What we feed our bodies internally is just as important and impactful as what we apply topically....
